You will discover that the Heart is the center of emotion, desire, thoughts and will. That which lies in the heart defines character, determination, commitment , passion and Joy.
We believe that attitude dictates our experiences and each of us have the freedom and the capacity to change ourselves, our attitudes and transform ourselves and our relationships. Working in various sized groups or individually this is a safely structured, supportive environment for those wishing to work through blocked emotions, heal traumas, disentangle from the past, reconnect with core truths and live more freely from the heart.
